Our experienced nurse educators lead prenatal classes, including several free classes, for new and expectant parents — even for siblings and grandparents — at the Family Birth Center. Registration is required to attend a class.

Learn how to safely install your little one's rear facing infant car seat.
Labor Preparation for Expectant Parents
Learn about the stages of labor, methods of comfort and pain relief, and the self-care measures essential during the postpartum recovery period. Partner/support person welcome. You will leave this class feeling empowered! Taught by a registered nurse.
Lamaze Childbirth Preparation
Take this weekend course with your spouse, partner, co-parent or support person, as you both learn how to prepare for your childbirth experience.
Expectant partners are invited to attend this free workshop. During the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to participate in lots of hands-on learning, including how to hold, bottle-feed, diaper, swaddle, soothe, and provide a safe sleep environment for your baby.
